Variations in T-cell activation Rho-GTPase activating protein (TAGAP) have been associated with various autoimmune diseases including Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). The gene is involved in T cell activation and is therefore of particular interest in context of T cell-driven autoimmune diseases.
