OBJECTIVE: To test whether ETS-related gene (Erg) inhibits tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α-dependent endothelial activation and inflammation. METHODS AND RESULTS: Endothelial activation underlies many vascular diseases, including atherosclerosis.
