Abstract:

A 42-year-old male refugee of North African descent presented to ophthalmology department with a 2-year history of reduced vision in his right eye, noted by the optometrist. There was no redness, photophobia, ocular pain, floaters, or photopsia at the time of presentation. There was no significant medical history.
