Modelling rhizobial metabolism in rhizobium-legume symbioses

Abstract:

In this work, metabolic modelling approaches were combined with experimental datasets to elucidate rhizobial metabolism in rhizobium-legume interactions. First, a genome-scale metabolic model for Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viciae 3841 (Rlv3841) was reconstructed and validated.
