Phenome-wide association analysis of LDL-cholesterol lowering genetic variants in PCSK9

Abstract:

Background We characterised the phenotypic consequence of genetic variation at the PCSK9 locus and compared findings with recent trials of pharmacological inhibitors of PCSK9.
