Background: Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathy (ACM) is a potentially lethal form of cardiomyopathy, with a high incidence of mortality. It is prominently characterised by abnormal ventricular anatomy, Fbrofatty replacement of the myocardium and the His-Purkinje system, as well as electrophysiological remodelling.
