Improving intraperitoneal adenovirus virotherapy for ovarian cancer

Abstract:

The use of intraperitoneal (i.p.) adenovirus virotherapy of ovarian cancer is currently limited by insufficient efficacy and high toxicity. Both factors are associated with adenovirus serotype 5 (Ad5) in this setting and may be serotype-specific.
