Abstract:

ADP-ribosylation is an ancient, highly conserved, and reversible covalent modification critical for a variety of endogenous processes in both prokaryotes and eukaryotes. ADP-ribosylation targets proteins, nucleic acids, and small molecules (including antibiotics).
