These data are produced from method development of anion-exchange chromatography-mass spectrometry for metabolomics applications. Data were acquired on a Dionex IC-5000+ ion chromatography system or a Dionex U3000 UHPLC system hyphenated to a Thermo Fisher Scientific Exactive and is in a .RAW format and therefore requires Thermo Fisher Scientific Xcalibur software to analyse. These data files show the difference in retention time and intensity Reproducibility between HILIC-MS and IC-MS.
