Evaluation of programs with multiple objectives: multidimensional methods and empirical application to Progresa in Mexico

Abstract:

Development programs and policy interventions frequently have multiple simultaneous objectives. Existing quantitative evaluation approaches fail to fully accommodate this multiplicity of objectives.
