Abstract:

Investigating the structures of membrane proteins and their interactions with lipids remains challenging for well-established biophysical techniques. In this thesis the use of mass spectrometry (MS) and ion mobility (IM) spectrometry were explored for the interrogation of membrane proteins, their stoichiometry, stability and interactions with lipids.
