Modelling of calcium handling in genetically modified mice

Abstract:

This thesis develops biophysically-based data-driven mathematical models of intracellular calciumdynamics in ventricularmyocytes for both normal and genetically modified mouse hearts, based on species- and temperature-consistent experimental data.
