Books and book chapters have had the opportunity to be made openly accessible, offering the advantages of increased availability, for many years. Increasingly major funders such as the UKRI, the Wellcome Trust and Horizon Europe are mandating open accessibility of longform research and book chapters. This will lead to an exciting increase in the availability and accessibility of the academic work presented in book form.
The ORA Open Books Collection presents the open access books and book sections available within ORA, including monographs, book chapters, edited collections, trade books, and more. For many of these works ORA is the only space in which this work is made available, making it a valuable resource for accessing the research being undertaken by University of Oxford academics and researchers.
If you are a member of the University of Oxford and can't see your open access book or book section here, please deposit your manuscript to ORA.
